I always get so much valuable information from them. I take her advice and I incorporate it in my daily life. I am now tracking my foods and I’m tracking my weights that I use and how many reps I’m doing as well. She has taught me to do everything with purpose.
Rachel is thorough, knowledgeable and has great guest interviews. She breaks down the nuances of overall health and fitness in very understandable bites.
I love to listen to Rachel each week. She’s breaks down all of the scientific information and delivers it to the “Gen Pop” so it can be easily understood and implemented. All of her topics are very interesting and helpful for me especially being a nutrition coach myself and previous personal trainer. ;)
