As a septuagenarian logophile in 5+ languages, this podcast is a short highlight of my day, especially when it delves into etymologies and linguistic evolution. Keep up this excellently produced podcast. It should be required listening at the beginning of every English class daily throughout the English-speaking world.
I really started listening to this podcast because I thought I’d hear more words I didn’t know and then learn how to use them. But that only seems to happen once every week or two. Sometimes it’s nice to hear a different definition for a word I thought I already knew or learn about the morphology of the word, but then the podcast isn’t long enough to really get deep into it.
