有位爸爸使用冷靜區，明明「有效」令由大哭到閉嘴，他卻說感覺就像禁止孩子宣洩情緒，在間接傳達一個訊息——「哭是不被接納的，所以要冷靜」——你也有過這種感覺嗎？既不想否定及拒絕孩子的情緒，但又感覺很難拿捏得當。
