Dr K, I just discovered your podcast . Thank you. I loved the frenemies one, very informative and so many take aways.
I love how relatable Dr K is! It’s comforting to know someone who has had similar experiences with mine and how she navigates life through what she has learnt or experienced in life.
I really enjoyed the episode. I like how well she articulates herself and the story telling is top tier stuff!
I loved the fact that it wasn’t just a ‘me and my own personal experiences in friendships’ type of podcast. There was actual research that went into this I.e from the American scientist , there was consultation with other friends and a collation of other peoples experiences to give a well rounded view of the concept of the ‘frenemy’. I loved it so much I found myself rewinding and listening to certain parts again. Well done Dr K. Now this is proper content and we are here for it all 🫶🏾🫶🏾
