Each podcast I am left with so many good thoughts and perspectives. Even though I am not titled a “leader” in my career I have found myself in many situations when the values of being a good leader, a mentor or role model come into play whether it’s professionally or personally with family and friends. I enjoy your format and those guests you’ve chosen to interview and have conversations with. Thank you Don and guest speakers!
Another excellent podcast from the mind of Don Carpenter. Thoughtful, inspiring, and fun to listen to.
This came at a time when I really need some clarity on leadership in my own life. I guess I will be sitting in silence. What an amazing episode to reflect on Don! I can’t wait to listen to the others.
This was such an insightful and eye opening podcast. I loved how Don framed the ideas of leading through silence and getting comfortable in your own quiet space. His guest Jack also provided real life experiences. Super excited this is a new series and look forward to many more!
I enjoyed your first podcast immensely and am so very proud of you!
