Disappointment… topics sound interesting but then it’s basically just a very long advertisement for the host’s business. Won’t be adding to my list.
I tried really hard with this podcast. I listened to at least 4 episodes before giving up. I listen to the Huberman Lab and thought this would be similar just women specific. Instead this feels mostly anedoctal based on Louise’s life experience or the experience of women she works with. I wanted more data and structure I guess.
I’m obsessed with this podcast! Every episode has such helpful and energizing information. I am a 38 year old female that started my running journey a few months ago. There is so much information to learn and this podcast breaks it all down in a clear and helpful manner. I look forward to each week to learn more.
I really wanted to like this podcast as I am a runner in my 40’s, but the episode I listened to was 75% trying to convince people to join the membership and maybe 25% actual content.
Louise makes the science easy to understand and even easier to implement into your life. So great to have a trustworthy source that really cares about women’s wellness through this phase of change which is still too often dismissed.
