  • I tried

I really tried to get through this fiction podcast, but the writing is just too bad. The ways that it’s bad are too many to list. Two stars instead of one because it was an early serialized fiction podcast. But it desperately needs editing, and sensitivity readers.

  • The Best

Best book I have ever read. I am surprised that people dislike it and I also find it irritating that people would compare it to other pieces of work.

  • Thoroughly Enjoyable!

Though a bit hard to get used to at first, this story captivated me like no other, making me finish it in under a day.

There is music throughout the whole story, which takes some getting used to, as I mentioned, but pretty soon, it BECOMES the story; especially the little bit of rock music later on.

It's a great book for all ages. No swearing or gore, and plenty of higher philosophies for us older "kids".

The book reminded me of a better Artemis Fowl-Lemony Snicket mash up, with a bit of t... more

  • Great!!

The story is so descriptive that it really captures you. The details describing every idea the author introduces are intricate and thoughtful providing a very powerful story. The mix of fact and fantasy are so well thought that they appeal to both youth and adult. A great read, or listen!!

MadeYourMolars, you ought to finish a book before you offer your opinion, or at least read the books you're comparing it to since none of the ones you mentioned have much common ground.
