Matter File encourages discussions that keep me on my toes. It’s a great podcast.
The podcast is incredibly comprehensive and clear
Really solid content. Very informative, interesting and topical. Can’t recommend enough.
Incredibly informative and easy to listen to. Definitely one of my new favourite podcasts!
So happy I came across this podcast! It touches on so many important topics that aren’t covered by the general media.
Refreshingly clear. Informative. Well-researched. Comprehensive. Thoughtful. Just a few of the descriptors that come to mind after listening to these podcasts. A unique take on a wide range of intricate issues that addresses and embraces the complexity of the topics discussed instead of shying away from them. Huge fan of the conversational tone of the interviews and the focus on oft-overlooked regions of the world. Can’t wait for more!
Informative and well researched!
The mark of an awesome podcast is awesome guests and a host who can sound off and offer their own insights that help shape the conversation and build on ideas. Ishaan does this fantastically on a range of issues that everyone can benefit from learning about. Bravo!
in a time when unbiased headline news can be hard to find, this podcast gives an impartial view on global issues. with the addition of guest speakers that possess a depth of knowledge in these issues, the podcast creates an informative perspective of problems that we would otherwise never hear about through mainstream media. the apolitical landscape of Matter File makes the podcast a reliable source of global news so that we, as humans, stay connected to each other despite physical barriers.
I personally found the context behind different countries so gripping. Very well done. Looking forward to more episodes.
I’ve never considered myself to be a politically/economically inclined person, but listening to your podcasts has ignited my curiosity in fields that I’ve always found too complex to understand. I find it hard to pay attention to monologues but really really enjoy the interviews — please keep doing them! Love the selection of experts and the countries. Who knew that high school protesters in Thailand use pop culture to make a statement!
I like your selection of the countries and the way you explore each of them so thoroughly. I especially like the interviews—so much to learn about these places!
Very nicely encapsulated- eagerly waiting for the next one
The interviews from Experts is a fantastic addition to this podcast- these discussions bring outstanding insights and perspectives.
I put these episodes on whenever I am in public transport or am driving around and as a result, travelling has become far more productive and enjoyable at the same time. The best part about the podcast is that Ishaan explains concepts in a manner which is interesting and easy to follow. Got me interested in geopolitics and hooked to the stories of different countries so 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking to do the same. Looking forward to subsequent episodes!
The podcast is incredibly comprehensive and clear
