This show slaps. I love Paul and Sean's comedy and bickering back and forth about theories it's honestly hilarious. They break down mcu things and talk about theories that range from the most far fetched thigh ever heard to actual something that makes a lot of sense that they actually got right. more
I find that the content of the show’s reviews are generally very good deep dives into individual episodes or films, but the actual rhythm of the conversations themselves is very frustrating. The main host monotonously drones in VERY long, wordy, repetitive monologues where he often is making the same point over and over. Then the other host reacts to that for maybe 30 seconds before the next long monotonous monologue. It is not a fun conversation to listen to.

Listening to MCU podcasts is great! Sean and Paul seem to have a great time nerding out and I feel like I’m sitting with friends. My spouse got me into the world of MCU about 10 years ago so I’ve followed the world since then and boy am I glad I did! I tried listening to the Ant-Man episode but it kept rewinding/repeating parts. I think I heard the “Baskin Robbins” joke (which I think he messed up) at least three times.
