This is truly a fantastic show for really any amateur runner. Martha is a super engaging host who brings on some amazing guests and shares amazing stories and for that I am grateful!
A great bitesize show really fuelled by passion. It's awesome that Martha has kept up the show even with much time off running due to physical health and hearing the progress and recovery has been wonderful! Love the intro and outro music as well.
The perfect show for those whose lives have been transformed by running. The guests are always so interesting in different ways (favourite so far is Jeff Le!) and help to provide a great mix of actionable tips, motivation and great laughs!
