最近、日本では地震や豪雨、台風など、本当に災害が増えていますね。今回は、乳幼児のいる家庭だからこそ必要な防災について、そして助産師として防災士として私が大切だと思っていることも含めてお話ししていきます。
防災で大切なのは、「避難する時を想像してみること」「親が落ち着くこと」
災害は、起きてほしくない。でも、日本に暮らしている以上、「絶対に来ない」とは言えません。
だからこそ、怖がるためではなく、
“大切な人を守るために備える”。
その視点を、ぜひ持っていただけたらと思います。

昨年、山に行った時の話のです。
日本三大渓谷「大杉谷」から「大台ヶ原」へ。
キツかった〜、
途中で、
「もう嫌やー！」
「誰か運んでー！」
「なんで来たんやろー！」
って、普通に泣き言言ってました。
たぶん、一人だったら心折れてたと思います。
山を登りながら、ずっと思ってたんです。
「あぁ、子育ても同じだな」って。
一人だと、もう無理って思う。
ゴールが見えない。
歩いても歩いても、まだ先がある。
