災害は、起きてほしくない。でも、日本に暮らしている以上、「絶対に来ない」とは言えません。

昨年、山に行った時の話のです。
日本三大渓谷「大杉谷」から「大台ヶ原」へ。
キツかった〜、
途中で、
「もう嫌やー！」
「誰か運んでー！」
「なんで来たんやろー！」
って、普通に泣き言言ってました。
たぶん、一人だったら心折れてたと思います。
山を登りながら、ずっと思ってたんです。
「あぁ、子育ても同じだな」って。
一人だと、もう無理って思う。
ゴールが見えない。
歩いても歩いても、まだ先がある。
でも、隣に励ましてくれる人がいる。

昔より情報はいっぱいありますよね。
スマホを開けば、育児動画も、SNSも、検索も、AIもある。
でも、情報が多すぎると思いません？
赤ちゃんにとって大事なのは、「自分を大切に思ってくれる人がいる」こと。
うまくできない日があってもいい。
