今回は、母乳育児についてのお話です。
出産したらすぐ母乳がたっぷり出ると思っていたのに、実際は少ししか出なくて不安になる方は少なくありません。
でも母乳は、少量の初乳から始まり、赤ちゃんが吸う刺激やママの体の変化とともに、少しずつ分泌量が増えていきます。
そして母乳育児の不安は、産後すぐだけではありません。退院後、1か月頃、2〜3か月頃、離乳食が始まる頃と、赤ちゃんの成長に合わせて悩みも変わっていきます。
