I heard about this podcast through the ridiculous article criticizing the cost of producing and marketing it. It was fantastic! Anyone in Edmonton interested in how the city is changing and evolving should listen.
It is very obvious that the staff around city hall listened to Serial in 2014 and decided to mimic the style.
Glad we paid 70K for city staff to live out their dreams of producing something that elevate their status amongst other equality focused people.
Such interesting topics!
I loved this podcast, I loved hearing from actual citizens and their stories. It’s heartwarming and informative at the same time. I had no idea how transformative zoning is. I’m incredibly proud of Edmonton for producing this podcast!
I am so proud of the direction my city is taking in its planning policy. This podcast explains the logic behind the city’s policy decisions by telling the stories of actual citizens - the people who are most affected by policy. And, it’s entertaining and well produced! Highly recommend.
