    Roberta has struck gold with this podcast. We simply aren’t given enough information about navigating menopause and all other health issues around it and for our health in general.

    Each podcast has a vast amount of information but they are also very easy to listen to and absorb the information.

    Various episode lengths means you can pick which one to listen to depending on what time you have available. The ideal podcast series.
