▍親子呼吸觀察
第一個分享的親子正念練習是「呼吸觀察」。
對於孩子來講，他比較難像大人可以透過想像、透過專注，來聚焦在自己呼吸的氣息進出，所以我們就可以搭配一些外在的輔助，像我們的「手」，其實就是很好的呼吸觀察的輔助工具。

早上我在臉書發布了一篇文章，寫到說：「自尊較低的父母，會過度在意孩子的態度，因為容易覺得孩子不尊重自己；自信較低的父母，會過度在意孩子的行為，因為容易認為孩子不值得信任。父母重建穩定的自尊和自信，才是教養孩子的基石。」

無論是在「非暴力溝通」，或者是在「薩提爾的冰山理論」，我們都可以發現，在行為或者觀察底下一層，我們要來覺察的就是「情緒」或是「感受」。
我們有沒有面對過，如果孩子跟我們表達他的負向感受，或者負向的念頭時，我們應該要如何的回應呢？
多數的爸媽，因為不希望孩子困在負向的情緒、感受、念頭當中，所以應該會很直覺的就告訴他：「你不要這樣想！你不需要有這樣的感受！」
所以當孩子跟你說：「我覺得好難過！」我們會不會直接就告訴他：「你不要難過啊！」
