Después de escuchar 5 episodios de diferente temática e incluso estructura lo clasificaría como una pérdida de tiempo, altavoz de cliches motivasores sin base científica contrastada/apoyada por la comunidad. Gente que expone sus casos como si fueran habituales lo que está muy lejos de la realidad (fórmula secreta quitamanchas, nutrición, vender start-up, etc.). Negación de hechos demostrados por la ciencia. Populismo.
