自分の心を見つめる機会を作るには、一定の心の余白が必要なのだろうと思います。そのためにはいくつか前提となることがあるようにも思います。そんなお話です。
呼吸をしていることに自覚を持つ（呼吸の感覚があることを思い出す）のが、なかなか気付けないように、注意が向けられてない事実に注意を払うのは難しいいのです。心臓や腸が動いていることに、ふと注意を向けることが難しいように。でも、それは自分を良き状態にしたり人間関係を良きものにするのに、極めて実践的な行為だと考えています。
