  • Stan is Insufferable.

Lifelong Texans fan (life of the Texans) who doesn’t live in Houston. So I get most team audio content from podcasts. Like the regular Texans content as a balance to the Pods I follow from SportsRadio 610. That said, Stan Norfleet is an insufferable blowhard. I don’t know why he thinks he should yell down Wade Smith and John Hickman in a post game pod after he already got to pontificate for an extended period, but I’m unsubscribing as long as he’s on the pod. More Wade Smith would be a HUGE ben... more

  • Coty >>> Sarge

    Sarge is a racist.

This whole show since he took over is blaming and talking down any white players or coaches and talking up black players or coaches.

31 year old Cooper Kupp? Too old! 31 year old Stefon Diggs off an ACL tear? Perfect option!

Slowik or Caley? Not enough play calling experience. Jerrod Johnson? Best OC option there is!

Get rid of Sarge so John can get this podcast back on track again and have a chance to speak.

Houston Texans OTAs Takeaways: CJ Stroud LOOKED IN CONTROL Young Playmakers & Early Offensive Buzz
Q: What stood out about the receivers and their roles this season?
Noel, Higgins, and Tank Dell were discussed as key weapons; Noel showed a bigger frame and could potentially take on more responsibilities, while Higgins is expected to excel in contested catches with Stroud developing chemistry.
Houston Texans OTAs Takeaways: CJ Stroud LOOKED IN CONTROL Young Playmakers & Early Offensive Buzz
Q: How did the offensive line look in the early drills, especially with new faces at center?
Jake Andrews secured first-team center reps early on, while Keelan Rutledge and others took turns with the first and second units; the line showed potential, but time will tell how quickly the group can gel.
Houston Texans OTAs Takeaways: CJ Stroud LOOKED IN CONTROL Young Playmakers & Early Offensive Buzz
Q: What were some of the things you saw from CJ Stroud?
Stroud appeared more poised, with improved pocket presence and better footwork, and his reads and timing looked more confident as the day progressed, suggesting growth from his rookie year.
CJ Stroud Held Back? Houshmandzadeh Questions Texans Offense + Azeez Al-Shaair Gets PAID
Q: What did TJ Houshmandzadeh's comments imply about the Texans' 2025 offensive approach and CJ Stroud's development?
Houshmandzadeh's remarks suggested that the offense could have been more quarterback-friendly and that Stroud might have benefited from easier completions and more alignment between the QB and the OC, though personnel limitations played a significant role.
Houston Texans 2026: David Montgomery REAL Expectations, Tank Dell’s Role & C.J. Stroud’s BIG Test
Q: What are the expectations for Montgomery over the next two seasons and mainly 2026?
Montgomery is expected to contribute significant rushing volume with realistic yards-per-carry targets in the 4.1–4.5 range, while the team balances carries with Woody Marks and adapts the offensive line to create favorable blocking. The goal is a versatile, productive backfield rather than a single workhorse, with game plans varying by opponent.
