  • Trying to hang on

I think the format requires daily PODS but unfortunately the result is an incredibly repetitious POD and very very negative given FSU’s struggles. Please stop saying “terrible” the way you do, nails on a chalkboard. Really really trying to hang on to support the hard work being done by the host but not an easy listen

  • Solid FSU POD, room for improvement

Host works hard, is very passionate and gives great insight and a lot of content. Brutally honest as well which is needed. That said, not sure there’s much value in reading so many comments from live in game POD or post games PODs. Most comments don’t offer any insight/value, just venting of frustrations which we already all share as FSU fans this season

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

FALLOUT: Grady Kelly CRITICIZES Florida State's NIL-OBSESSED Players & Questions Coaches Being FIRED
Q: Who is Grady Kelly? Why should we care?
Grady Kelly is a former Florida State defensive lineman who played during a challenging 2024 season; his comments underscore insider perspectives on locker room culture and the impact of NIL and portal-era changes on team dynamics, which are essential for understanding the current state and future of the program.
IMPACT: Florida State's Defensive DISRUPTION Increases, Chris Jones Earns All ACC
Q: If you were a quarterback coming out of high school, would you pick Florida State, knowing the coach is going to take a one-year rental every dang year?
The host notes that despite NIL considerations, the decision is heavily influenced by the school's ability to convince the quarterback they'll be developed and have a clear path to meaningful playing time, with transfer concerns and long-term fit playing major roles. He suggests two reasons quarterbacks might choose Florida State: a genuine desire to be part of the program and belief they can beat out competition or a perceived fit with the system.
SURGE: Luke Loucks' NBA-Style OFFENSE Ignites MASSIVE Buzz for Florida State Transfer Portal!
Q: Is Luke Loucks the right guy for Florida State under current circumstances?
Yes, because his NBA-style modernization fits the program's needs, his familiarity with FSU culture and the transfer portal, and the staff's ability to leverage NIL to assemble a competitive roster.
WAKE-UP CALL: Florida State Fans IGNITE Over Mike Norvell, Ashton Daniels & Season Win PROJECTIONS
Q: What is the personal magic number for Norvell's job security, and would beating SMU and Alabama change the narrative?
The host proposes a personal win threshold and discusses how big non-conference wins could shift perceptions among fans and boosters, potentially altering the narrative around the coach.
WAKE-UP CALL: Florida State Fans IGNITE Over Mike Norvell, Ashton Daniels & Season Win PROJECTIONS
Q: When does Florida State gain a break with injuries, and how critical is injury luck to the season?
Injury luck is seen as a major variable; the host notes past injuries to key players and argues that better health could be pivotal for a successful season.
