Ku is both a good analyst and a fan of the team, which makes each episode both informative and entertaining (and sometimes therapeutic 😂)

I have listened to the show on and off when a title interests me throughout this season. I can’t listen to every show because I have a bit of disdain for the way the host does his job. He will often make a very salient point in about a paragraph of speech, and then he will spend a few more minutes reiterating the exact same thing over and over and over again. This Jaden Ivy trade day episode was a must-listen for any Pistons fan. Yet the most important part of the trade news for this host wa... more

SQUAD SHOW: Natalie Kerwin Joins To Discuss Kevin Durant Rumors, Expectations For This Season!
Q: Natalie, what is fair to expect from the fans for this team this season?
Natalie explains that expectations will be varied and should consider last year's 60-win accomplishment as a benchmark, while acknowledging the tougher East and the need for continued development, particularly from the young core and the addition of shooting around Cade. She suggests a cautious but optimistic standard, aiming for meaningful playoff advancement rather than quick-fix fantasy outcomes.
BELIEVE IN JD: Why Detroit Pistons Fans Should NOT Give Up on Jalen Duren After Playoff Setback
Q: Is there a path to believing in him despite the playoff setbacks?
Yes, by focusing on his age, track record of growth, and the fact that he was a top contributor in the regular season across multiple metrics. The hosts emphasize that his ceiling remains extremely high and that the team should continue to invest in his development, with the understanding that playoffs are a different context that can be optimized with experience and improved techniques.
BELIEVE IN JD: Why Detroit Pistons Fans Should NOT Give Up on Jalen Duren After Playoff Setback
Q: What went wrong for him in the playoffs, and are there specific areas that got exposed or could be sharpened up?
Most of the playoff struggles are attributed to mental aspects and adjustments by opponents who forced him to rely more on scoring than creation, while his passing and handling suffered under pressure. He could benefit from a steadier mental approach, better counters in the short roll, and improved ball handling to reduce turnovers and maintain playmaking when defenses collapse on him.
BELIEVE IN JD: Why Detroit Pistons Fans Should NOT Give Up on Jalen Duren After Playoff Setback
Q: Where are some areas of Jalen Duren's game that you think really should be highlighted that make you feel good about him moving forward?
The discussion highlighted his elite rebounding, offensive finishing, and the ability to create plays as a short roll threat, plus his overall efficiency when given space and strong ball-handling for a big. The argument is that with experience and better counter moves, his regular-season strengths can translate deeper into the playoffs, making him a cornerstone piece with room to grow.
Detroit Pistons DOMINATE Regular Season but FALL in Playoffs | Did Detroit Do ENOUGH To Correct Their Weaknesses?
Q: What is the X-factor for Detroit to jump next season?
Ron Holland is identified as a potential breakout, with his defense and athleticism potentially unlocking extra lineup flexibility, while Ebuka Okorie could also contribute as he develops and fits alongside Cade and Ausar.
