  • So informative

This is a great pod for a new hockey fan like me. I’m getting info not only about the Mammoth but about other teams/players around the league. Thanks helping us get caught up every day.

    Just a note for Robin:

It’s just X. Stop calling it “Twitter slash X”. Just call it what it is; everyone knows what it is. 😊

  • Consistency!

Come on guys, you talk all the time about how the Mammoth need to be more consistent, but take a look at yourselves….we had two home games last week and you did one episode over four days!

You have been my go to podcast for Mammoth coverage, but I am going to have to look elsewhere unless you step up the consistency and reliability of coverage, there should at least be an episode after every game, that should be the minimum.

Even the Boss, David Locke, does an episode 5 days a week during the s... more

Embarrassment: Utah Mammoth Special Teams TANKS – Will Keller, Yamamoto and Forsythe FIX What’s Broken?
Q: Is this a put Vetech Vaněček in, get him a win, and then save Vej for the last game before the break?
Robyn suggests that playing Vaneček would send a message that they need to win no matter who's in goal, but sees the merits of starting Vej to ensure confidence.
LONG-TERM VISION Utah Mammoth REJECTS Deadline Rentals—Armstrong DEFENDS the PLAN
Q: Is this game a must-win going into the Olympic break?
While it's crucial to build confidence, it's not strictly a make-or-break situation; it would set a positive tone.
LONG-TERM VISION Utah Mammoth REJECTS Deadline Rentals—Armstrong DEFENDS the PLAN
Q: Do you buy the argument that bringing in a rental could be beneficial?
It can work, but the player has to be genuinely interested in joining the team, which is unlikely for rental players.
OLYMPICS SQUAD: FINLAND FLEX: Juuse Saros SHUTS DOWN Sweden
Q: What do you make of Nylander playing despite concerns about his injury?
He played noticeably well, indicating he had recovered enough to contribute significantly.
OLYMPICS SQUAD: FINLAND FLEX: Juuse Saros SHUTS DOWN Sweden
Q: Does the goaltending of Sweden become some kind of an issue?
It shouldn't be a major concern yet, as Gustafson's performance wasn't horrible despite the goals allowed.
