阿難！汝常晨朝以手摩頭。于意云何？此摩所知，誰為能觸？
佛陀沒有否定「觸」，
而是輕輕地問：
這個「感覺」，從哪裡來？
在手？在頭？
在身體？還是在「我」？
一層一層看下去，才會發現：
找不到一個固定的「能觸」，
也找不到一個真正的「我在感覺」。
於是佛陀說：
覺觸與身，俱無處所。
即身與觸，二俱虛妄。
不是沒有痛，
而是我們把痛，抓得太緊。
