其實我很不想面對30歲，以前都覺得聽起來好老，聽起來蠻有重量的吧！我以前聽到「三十而立」這四個字都會覺得壓力好大喔！
彷彿三十歲就要「立起來」，要有穩定的事業、成熟的感情、理想的存款，
還要情緒穩定、人生方向明確。
但我發現，真正的「而立」不是立給別人看，而是慢慢立起屬於自己的樣子。
那個「立」不一定是往上爬，也可以是往內走。
二十幾歲的我，非常拚，我會逼自己接案、上課、考證照、經營社群，每天腦袋都在轉，想著下一步要怎麼變更好。

今天想跟大家聊聊一個特別的感受：為什麼每一次演講之後，我總會對那個地方產生一種特殊的情感連結？
最近，花蓮光復的狀況，讓我心裡很難過。這也讓我想到去年 0403 花蓮大地震。這兩次事件發生時，我都有立刻聯絡花蓮縣政府社會處的朋友，詢問有沒有什麼地方需要幫忙。雖然我不是花蓮人，但我還是想盡一點心力，做些我能做到的事。前幾天看到「鏟子超人」的新聞，我心中真的充滿感謝。那份挺身而出的勇氣與行動，會讓人覺得很溫暖。也希望花蓮能趕快恢復原來的模樣。

今天要聊的主題，我自己超有感，就是那句經典台詞：
「再也不要理你了！」
你是不是也常常這樣？小時候跟同學吵架，氣得要死，覺得對方背叛你、害你丟臉，然後超氣地跟別人說：「哼，我以後再也不跟她玩了！」
結果呢？過幾天又跑去找她一起玩跳繩、一起吃零食，好像什麼事都沒發生過。
我小時候超常這樣，長大以後也是。
壞同學、爛同事、甚至一些合作對象，我都常常說：這次真的不行了，絕對不會再給機會！然後過沒多久，我又心軟了，覺得算了啦，人都有可能犯錯，給他一次機會好了。
但結果呢？對方根本沒變... more
最近我遇到一些人，像是資深前輩、市府工作人員、還有我們六個的作逸老師，真的是學經歷都很厲害。有的資深前輩是社工碩士，多益接近滿分，還去美國留學過，甚至還有音樂教師證照，好幾個碩博士等等這些成就，拿出來都很足以讓人驚嘆。
但有趣的是，這些人都很謙虛。你如果不特別問，他們絕對不會主動提起。
甚至有時候，你跟他合作一段時間，才會慢慢發現：「哇，原來他背後有這麼多故事。」

最近因為我在粉專轉發了一篇跟「勞基法」相關的貼文，意外引起了很多討論，甚至也因此增加了一些粉絲。
我想這也代表一件事，就是「職場工時」這個議題，真的跟每一個人都息息相關。
不管你是社工、老師、護理師、上班族，還是公務員，大家或多或少都遇過：

上次有提到我去桃園市政府青年事務局當活動司儀嘛!前陣子我也到了扶青社當司儀，在醫院主持也常常有長輩會誇獎我台風很好、口條很好這類的，也有被院長說這社工很會講，但其實我以前超討厭上台的，特別是報告跟演講比賽，緊張到只想快點下台。
這幾天我的小編妹妹跟我說他要去當營隊活動主持人，問我怎麼讓台風變穩，我就想到好像可以跟大家聊聊怎麼練習說話!這件事，因為我以前也曾經到過小主播訓練營跟演講社上課呢!

今天剛結束我在桃園市政府青年事務局活動的司儀，突然很有感觸想和大家聊聊人生沒有一條路是白走的這件事。
以前小時候我都很難理解「機會是留給準備好的人」這句話，直到長大之後我才越來越能體會到這點。
「人生沒有一條路是白走的」。這句話聽起來有點像雞湯，但其實，我真的從自己的生命經驗裡體會到，每一步路、每一個被逼著走的過程，到最後都會留下痕跡，甚至成為養分，就讓我們一起聽下去吧！
