其實我很不想面對30歲，以前都覺得聽起來好老，聽起來蠻有重量的吧！我以前聽到「三十而立」這四個字都會覺得壓力好大喔！
彷彿三十歲就要「立起來」，要有穩定的事業、成熟的感情、理想的存款，
還要情緒穩定、人生方向明確。
但我發現，真正的「而立」不是立給別人看，而是慢慢立起屬於自己的樣子。
那個「立」不一定是往上爬，也可以是往內走。
二十幾歲的我，非常拚，我會逼自己接案、上課、考證照、經營社群，每天腦袋都在轉，想著下一步要怎麼變更好。

今天想跟大家聊聊一個特別的感受：為什麼每一次演講之後，我總會對那個地方產生一種特殊的情感連結？
最近，花蓮光復的狀況，讓我心裡很難過。這也讓我想到去年 0403 花蓮大地震。這兩次事件發生時，我都有立刻聯絡花蓮縣政府社會處的朋友，詢問有沒有什麼地方需要幫忙。雖然我不是花蓮人，但我還是想盡一點心力，做些我能做到的事。前幾天看到「鏟子超人」的新聞，我心中真的充滿感謝。那份挺身而出的勇氣與行動，會讓人覺得很溫暖。也希望花蓮能趕快恢復原來的模樣。
