凌云Mike凌云，学医出身，却弃医从商，在四大干得好好的，忽然辞职研究健身。36岁才开始健身的他，从不认为什么事的开始会太晚，而他也偏偏样样做得又好又认真，这让他头顶多个头衔--美国布朗大学医学科学硕士，印第安那大学的MBA，前德勤管理咨询顾问，NCCPT认证健身教练。但相比头衔和学历，他更在乎的是创造价值和意义。
从德勤辞职后，凌云在自家地下室里拍摄健身视频，而儿子一起研究食物和营养，这些视频片段曾经影响无数人的健康生活观念。40岁，他又离开美国安逸的生活回国创业。他想要努力要改变国人提到健身就只想要减肥瘦腿翘臀的心理，把融合了医学、运动生理学、营养学、管理学的健康理念，传遍中国的千家万户。
