  • A really valuable podcast

A really valuable and relevant podcast to listen to about grief. My mom passed away last year following a short illness and listening to this podcast has felt like a great virtual support. There’s lots of variety and topics discussed so there’s a guest and episode relatable to most people.

  • Highly recommend!

Really enjoying this podcast so far. Would highly recommend for anyone going through grief, the ‘pre’ grieving period or for anyone looking to support someone going through grief and wants a better understanding. I’ve found listening to these episodes really cathartic for my own grieving journey and have found great comfort knowing that others have experienced grief in similar ways. Ways that you don’t always hear or read about. Looking forward to seeing who Sarah will be interviewing next.
