  • relevant and necessary!

I have been listening to this podcast and it's amazing how many open, honest, and vulnerable moments are shared. The information presented is easily digestible and applicable in real life situations. I want to make it clear that this podcast is not a replacement for therapy, but as someone who has experienced therapy and advocates for mental health, I appreciate the value this podcast adds. It makes it a little bit easier for me to navigate the world.

As I was looking for a podcast that could be helpful for someone after divorce this podcast has been an amazing resource. It has allowed me to examine my previous marriage with an objective lens. It has helped me to understand more about me and work on me as I prepare for my next relationship. My favorite episodes is when Christ-Lynn and Junior are on together.
