こども関係なくて、本当に自分の内側ことなんです。
周りにいる人の価値観が、いつの間にか自分の価値観にすり替わって、自分のキャパを超えていたのかもしれないです。
ほんと、公園連れてって、習い事連れてって、人付き合いが苦手なのに、同級生のママ達の顔色見たり、ごはん頑張って作ってーって、世間の言う「いいお母さん」になろうと必死で。
でも、百人十色で、私の得意不得意もキャパも、私だけの物なのだと思うと、もっと楽に軽くなっていけそうです。
私が軽くなって、子どもも軽くなって、家族でどんどん軽くなって行けたらいいなー
