做咗十幾年 Meditation，但都仲係 Beginner 級數嘅我，有次去禪修營🧘🏻，以為可以「脫胎換骨」。點知…人哋排毒，我就好似中毒咁，悶到個胃反晒上嚟，最後仲真係嘔咗出嚟！🤮
