I used to love ABG and how grounded, inspiring, and relatable it was. The original hosts—Helen, Janet, and Mel—had this calm chemistry that made you feel like you were catching up with friends who actually got it. They talked about real life: careers, love, identity, family, growth in your 30s. It was authentic, thoughtful, and empowering.

The Hot Pursuit episodes are great so far. I enjoy learning about their experiences in the corporate world. The trio bring a refreshing energy to the podcast :).
One thing tho… they say “yeah” too much. After every sentence, I would hear “yeah, yeahhh, yeah”. It’s distracting.

I have learned so much just by breathing your recordings. I now have a thought to buy merch from you girls and will make a purchase as a... more
Just not my cup of tea. It feels like you guys are running out of ideas; and the topics are just too similar and plain…. It’s like a personal journal that you’re sharing. Nothing’s wrong with it, but I just have better use of my time.
I used to follow them and listen to every episode, however I found myself outgrowing their content. The topics they choose feels basic and bland to me, and they repeat similar topics a ton. Nowadays I like more in-depth and nuanced discussions.
