I have just found this podcast. My partner is 29 and had a cardiac arrest just last week. I woke up and found him in cardiac arrest and did cpr until the ambulance arrived. He is doing okay but I know we have a long journey ahead and I have been searching the Internet to read more about it and what’s normal / common / how it will be in future. Having a partner that had a SCA, you soon come to learn quickly that life isn’t going to be same (certainly, straight after the event) I didn’t find out about SCA Facebook page until 7 months afterwards and it was relief to know that I wasn’t alone.
