- トピックは興味深いが…
「海外で働く20代女性」というテーマ自体は非常に魅力的で、多くの人々のキャリアやライフスタイルに新たな刺激を与える素晴らしい企画だと思う。しかし、ホストのトークスキルには改善の余地あり。 そもそも、ホストであるにもかかわらず、話をリードしようという意識があまり感じられない。確かにゲストに多く話してもらうのは良い事だが、その内容を深掘りしたり、異なる視点からの質問を投げかけたりする工夫がほとんど見られないのが惜しい。それ故、毎回のエピソードが平坦で、印象に残るトピックや新しい発見が少ないように思う。 テーマ自体は素晴らしいので、ホストの進行力を改善した上で番組を続けて欲しい。

コンセプトは花マルだと思いますが、改善されたらいいなと思うことがあります。
・ホストの方の質問力が足りない
月並みな質問が多く、鋭さが欲しいです。東京ビジネスハブの野村さんや働く女と〇〇と。の小沢さんを参考にされてはいかがでしょうか。
・ゲスト個人のお話のほかにVISAのことや渡航資金など、もっと現実的な質問を加えてほしいです。
