As an experienced midwife I highly recommend this podcast! The information presented is accurate important and timely - add it to your feed!
When I had my first baby, I knew nothing about how birth works, both in my body and in the hospital system. I also had no idea how to navigate what would happen on the other side of birth, that being motherhood. Thanks to amazing people like Leah I was able to make choices to have healthy and informed births and also feel a little less alone on my transition into motherhood. Mothers these days need A LOT more support then they are getting, and podcasts like this help bridge the gap.
As a certified nurse midwife Iâm so glad to see you taking this leap. Women are so important to our healthcare system and for many that starts with prenatal care and birth. I hope women will plug in here and learn how to care for themselves and how to empower their own bodies. Blessings Leah đĽ°
I wish there had been a podcast like this when I was a new mom. Inspiring, uplifting conversations to help moms in so many areas. There is such power and important info here. Don't miss it!
I work alongside many great doulas in my profession. A woman should be able to experience her birth in a very holistic way along with understanding the life changes her body and mind will go through. This is going to be such a great podcast to many mothers, mothers to be, and families.
