- 不管有沒有養狗，推薦每個人都去聽聽EP9！
很喜歡EP9，裡面提到為了一點小事爆炸，是因為過往經歷造成。小時候的某個經歷讓我們的內在小孩卡在某個時間點，只要出現相似情境，我們就會瞬間變回那個年紀的小孩。我也曾經因為一些小事莫名其妙崩潰大哭，事後冷靜下來也不知道自己怎麼會這樣。最近我又因為小事崩潰了一次。但有了雅文的提醒，我開始反思是什麼樣的過往經歷讓我變回小孩。然後我發現是我小時候曾經因為很想要某個東西而哭鬧，結果被大人揍。那個小孩學到原來表達自己的想要是很危險的事，會惹怒大人，會受傷。成年以後如果我的想法和他人衝突我就不敢開口表達自己的需求，但是心裡又很委屈，然後就會生氣為什麼這麼簡單我都開不了口。全部情緒堆在一起我就崩潰了。謝謝雅文讓我看見這個癥結，看見它我才有了療癒自己的機會，期待之後的更多內容！

從浪犬博士認識雅文及兩位來賓，對我來說狗狗對路人吠叫的時候是最讓我有壓力的事，尤其是對老人跟小孩，雖然學習了很多，但還是會不小心的在當下只想趕快離開覺得很丟臉，甚至會覺得狗狗好煩，在這件事情上還是有很多需要練習的地方。
感謝雅文開了這個podcast，在浪犬podcast休息的這段時間有東西聽太好了❤️
