I came across the podcast on a friends page and gave it a listen. I used to enjoy running and thought maybe I would get some tips here and there. I got so much more. It talks about disparities in running, inclusivity, health benefits, culture, empowerment and the list goes on. When you are listening to the hosts you are hearing the voices of the community.
