I love listening to Mei and Moe, they have a natural way of talking to one another about whatever the topic is! I’ve learned so much from Moe’s perspective as an employer and have gained confidence as an employee. I share this podcast with all my friends and colleagues. I would love to hear an episode about decoding job descriptions!
Listen to their podcast if you want some real talk!
I'm retired, but "joy at work is where the challenge of the work and where your skill level MEET," really resonated. It was so true for me as an elementary classroom teacher. When you are able to take all of the required standards and successfully integrate the subjects, it's a blast. The challenge is joyful and the enthusiasm the kids show is joyful to watch. It's real life, not canned.
Listening to this podcast reinforces the “family first” mindsets and helps me challenge the status quo. Worth listening!
I am loving this podcast. At first, I wondered if it applied to me not being in a corporate workspace and, of course it does. We all work and we all lead. The conversation between these two women in different phases of life is captivating and full of humor. I find myself learning so much from both of them.
I love the flow, the content and the humor of this podcast. I always feel inspired and prompted to rethink some of my perspectives. Great podcast for people leaders and those working in the space of leadership development.
