  • A nice surprise

It was a nice surprise found a podcast about it, I do like it a lot and it is really nice to see other fellow people who understand and also appreciate big guys. Bill was a nice starter and I hope everything gets better. Also, Fausto and Marc are big guys themselves.

  • Gold Stars (& Swords)

Love the podcast from these fabs! I’ve had some internalized issues with my feelings towards same-sex attraction to men and attraction to muscles. Hearing Fausto, Marc, and their guests talk about their experiences, gym culture, and muscle growth and worship has helped me feel a lot better about having these interests and feelings of wanting to grow bigger, stronger, and healthier. As a queer person it’s been hard to find others with these interests who are also a part of the lgbtq communities a... more

  • Like chatting with friends

I stumbled across this podcast thanks to a search for content and am glad I did! I greatly appreciate the sincerity and openness put into the discussions in each episode. Talking about sensitive topics seems natural, okay to do as the hosts remove the uncomfortable nature of caution and open up with personal thoughts and anecdotes. This podcast is fun to listen to thanks to off the cuff humor and playful banter. And the guests! These two land some of the biggest names in the business and humaniz... more

  • Needed!

Honestly, as a queer person who has always been interested in bodybuilding but found the world intimidating and hostile in some way, this is a podcast I’ve been waiting for my whole life. Great conversations - even with straight allies - but I would admittedly prefer more LGBT guests. I hope Marc and Faustos are able to make more soon or inspire others in the community to make similar work. Thanks for starting this.

  • Brilliant podcast, brilliant angle

Listen to this every day on my drive to the gym.

An absolutely amazing podcast about bodybuilding, muscle growth and all the things that come with it. The LGBT angle on it too brings a fresh voice which is oftentimes missing for content of this type. As someone who has always felt these interests were a bit niche, it feels great to find other people talking about the stuff I’m into. The guests are always interesting and informative, and the hosts are brilliant and witty.
