What a fantastic podcast! Learnt my lesson is always a good listen. Jess and Sav talk about topics you don’t hear much about and are so relatable! Listening to it has helped me tremendously with numerous aspects in my life. I love hearing the stories they tell as well, can be entertaining! It’s inspirational hearing two girls talk about their mental health struggles and what helps them, I’m sure it encourages others to open up and speak out as well xx
