I LOVE this podcast and thank you Ben and Marina for doing this. For those of you who said this podcast is too fast. I was playing 1.25x speed and that sounded just fine. Please just turn your 0.75x speed on instead of giving a one-star review to the couple who are trying to help other learn Spanish for free!
Most beginning podcasts are too easy (greetings, numbers, etc) and intermediate ones go too fast. This is perfect for someone who has been trying to bridge the gap from beginning to intermediate without success. I can follow the conversations and am picking up new phrases.
I think people need a basic understanding of Spanish before they start this podcast. I consider myself intermediate and as I was listening, I thought to myself that there would be no way I could understand their conversation if I was just starting out. As an intermediate learner, I already understood most of what they were saying but I found this podcast very helpful since I do not know a lot of slang.
