The traits that Mike and Kurtis discuss will provide clarity on being an effective and empathetic leader. Greatly appreciate them taking the time to provide guidance!
Kurtis and Mike work well together, both with kind, calm voices. They speak thoughtfully and don't beat the topic to death. Great podcast.
This is a short, sweet, and to the point type of podcast. It covers leadership topics that are sometimes difficult to master. There are personal experiences given allowing the listener to maybe see things from a different point of view. Keep up the great work!
