I have been working my way through the podcasts and with every episode I find myself thinking on what Jenny is talking about. I get to challenge myself and where I am as a leader.
Most of the time I end up thinking that the episode would be good for someone on my team and will be sharing the series with my GM.
I also find it interesting how many episodes I can personally relate too from the experience and feelings being discussed; both good and not so good.
