可奇怪的是，日子一忙，總覺得那些事還很遠。
這一集，天崧法師從佛陀教導的「五種每日觀照」談起：老、病、死、愛別離，以及每個人都是自己所造之業的主人。
想起無常，並非為了讓人悲觀；恰恰因為知道一切都會改變，才懂得珍惜眼前的人、照顧當下的身體，也少花一點時間計較與怨恨。
