  • Insightful and intelligent

I dived in with the author of Putin’s sanctions book. Excellent interview and discussion. I had to scroll a fair way to find a female interviewee but that I’m sure is less bias by LB than gender bias in the world.

  • Balanced, thorough and a great ambassador for Australian journalism

I’ve been enjoying the eclectic range of guests on Latika Takes. It is a gentler pace than other political podcasts but - and this is rare - rarely, she effortlessly gets conversations going and manages content without the need for a double-act.

In the latest one, Latika asks an old-school US Democrat apparatchik all the questions I want answered, specifically ā€œHow angry is everyone with the way the Democrats stuffed up the latest US election?ā€ (my words not her polite ones).

    I’m proud that on... more

  • Partisan diatribe.

Latika was once a promising journo based in Canberra. She moved to Londoninium and turned into a Tory.shill.

She now transparently shilling peas for the Liberal Party. An off-brand partisan hack who eschewed ethical journalism to be sharri markson-lite.

Interviews are predictable and derivative. Don’t bother.
