I’m actually here to help better understand my friend who’s in a deeply trauma bonded narcissistic relationship. It’s definitely in the “discard“ phase and It’s really awful to watch her go through it over and over but I’m not gonna give up on her. The more I know maybe the more I can help her. Thank god for this show! This is a topic that needs to be talked about more and I’m so glad this show exists.
I appreciate all this content. Has helped me to step away and stay away from unhealthy friendships. Seeing things is clearly that had been blurry for many years. I can’t say thank you enough. I look forward to Wednesdays when I start my morning run I pull up my favorite podcasts to listen to. Yours is in my top 3! Thank you! Thank you!
Wow. So beautiful knowing there are other single moms like me going thru and overcoming the same relationship struggles!! Thank you for sharing your story!!! Definitely made me feel so much less alone!

I’m lucky to be looking at it from many years in hindsight, but it’s never too late to understand it... more
