I appreciate all this content. Has helped me to step away and stay away from unhealthy friendships. Seeing things is clearly that had been blurry for many years. I can’t say thank you enough. I look forward to Wednesdays when I start my morning run I pull up my favorite podcasts to listen to. Yours is in my top 3! Thank you! Thank you!
Wow. So beautiful knowing there are other single moms like me going thru and overcoming the same relationship struggles!! Thank you for sharing your story!!! Definitely made me feel so much less alone!

I could not understand why I continued to want to make contact and be mentally and or physically hurt until I started listening to this podcast. It’s like the lightbulb moment a kid has in class when they learn something new, well that was me from one episode to ... more
I watched my mother stay in a narcissistic, abusive relationship for years after she had left my abusive narcissistic father for the SECOND TIME. Yep. married, divorced and re married to divorce the same man! Why??! I never knew, until listening to, “it’s not all rainbows” more
