難得跟孩子一起聽，EP66開頭案例恐有誤導之餘，若在意的點是執政黨沒出席3/6軍購案付委，那我們就來拆解分析。
前因：軍購案已遭在野黨封殺十次，不肯送進委員逐項討論。
轉折：2/24協商結論是朝野版本皆付委審查，有共識下3/6就是走一個報名送件(付委)程序。
後續：各版本皆付委，3/11選召委，3/14進委員會，這裡才是審查的重要階段。
總結：基於2/24共識，國民黨版本3/6付委，民進黨也不會反對，因此無堅守立院的必要。
國民黨刻意操弄執政黨缺席的新聞，是打算自己付委自己反對，然後希望執政黨現場投票嗎？從結果來看，有無出席影響了什麼？立院交鋒有很多細節，沒有政黨傾向不表示看得清楚，慎選案例以免落入政治操作圈套。
