2025年10月，法国刑法明确将“未经同意的性行为”定义为强奸，不仅明确了“沉默不等于性同意”，还规定性侵犯罪中，不再由受害者证明自己“被强迫”，而是由加害者证明自己获得了“性同意”。
与法国媒体定义的“历史性胜利”形成鲜明对比的，是今年我国山西大同订婚强奸案掀起巨大讨论。许多人认为，订婚即等同于性同意，当事人不应该被判处强奸罪。

近些年的舆论场上，“死刑”作为关键词出现的频率越来越高，甚至有人调侃这种现象是“网友判案，死刑起步”。为什么公众讨论中的戾气越来越重？“死刑”真的越多越好吗？
另一方面，“善有善报，恶有恶报”确实符合大部分人传统朴素的善恶观，而且许多案件中，犯罪嫌疑人的所作所为的确称得上罪大恶极。在这样的案件中，死刑是否能起到“报应”的作用？废除死刑是全世界的潮流，但废除死刑符合我国目前的国情吗？无差别杀人事件频发，死刑能减少类似案件吗？本期节目会将这些问题一一解答。
