「外食業の受入れ停止 特定技能１号上限超えで 入管庁」 出入国在留管理庁は外食業分野の特定技能１号の在留資格について、４月13日で受入れを停止した。５月ごろに受入れ上限である５万人の超過が見込まれる状況にあるとしている。 具体的な運用は、４月13日以降に受理した新規の申請は不交付とする。
「介護事業者・処遇改善加算 割増賃金基礎に含めず 監督で違反めだつ 神奈川労働局」 自治体説明会参加し周知 神奈川労働局（宿里明弘局長）は今年度、介護事業場の処遇改善加算について、手当などにより毎月支給する金額は適切に割増賃金の算定基礎に含めるよう周知を強める。昨年度に管内の労働基準監督署が社会福祉施設に実施した割増賃金違反の是正勧告では、同加算に関する違反がめだった。
