「「過労死白書」を活用 事案多い業種へ重点監督 千葉労働局」 千葉労働局（小山英夫局長）は、長時間労働の撲滅に向け、令和８年度から「過労死等防止対策白書」を活用した監督指導に乗り出す。白書で過労死事案が多いとされた業種の事業場を各労働基準監督署が選定し、重点監督対象として年間監督計画に盛り込む。 同労働局監督課は、とくに長時間労働が発生しやすい業種・職種として、ＩＴ関連業や飲食店の店長などを挙げる。
「スポットワーク 「業務が限定」デメリットに 青森県・調査」 青森県は、県内事業者に対して実施したスポットワークに関する実態調査の結果を公表した。スポットワーク人材を活用して感じたデメリットについて複数回答で尋ねたところ、「任せられる業務範囲が限定的」が最多の57.4％に上った。デメリットの上位に挙がった４項目は、「スポットワークを活用しない理由」の上位４項目と一致する結果となった。
「変形時間活用を促す 猛暑における作業回避へ 労政審答申・建設改善計画案」 猛暑を背景に変形労働時間制の活用を促進へ――労働政策審議会は、厚生労働省がまとめた令和８～12年度を対象とする第11次建設雇用改善計画の案について、「おおむね妥当」と答申した。計画案では、魅力ある労働環境づくりに関する課題として、猛暑対策を挙げている。厳しい環境下での労働を回避するため、１年単位の変形労働時間制の活用に向けた周知に取り組むとしている。
「次期物流大綱へ提言 人材の地位・能力向上を 国交省」 国土交通省は次期物流施策大綱に関する有識者検討会の提言を公表した。2030年度に向け、物流人材の地位・能力向上や労働環境改善などに取り組むべきと強調している。政府は提言をもとに、今年度末までの「総合物流施策大綱」の閣議決定をめざす。 総合物流施策大綱は５年ごとに改定されている。
