わたしは、長い間、何かを探しながら生きてきました。
安心を求め、正しさを選び、努力すること。
もちろんそれは間違いでも遠回りでもなく、必要な時間だったと思います。
そんな中「大丈夫、一生懸命探さなくてもいい」と言われたような氣がして、探すことをやめました。
呼吸をし、生きていることを感じてみる。
