Verses skipped in John chapter 16 circa minute 56.
Many thanks to the National Theatre for this great podcast. The King James Bible is one of the immortal works everyone should know, regardless of religious persuasion. The readers bring this marvelous book alive and it sounds like pure poetry in certain passages. Highly recommended.
I thought this was about lebron James and his legacy
This review was suppose to be about the King James Bible. However he talks too fast, drifted away from the subject. He stated too much on race. For some reason he thinks the African American as slaves did not know Jesus until they were slaves!!!!!!
Rubbish!!! White colonist were not the only ones who knew about Jesus... Melvyn Bragg needs to do more research!!!
You r doing it right though
Would REALLY like more of the bible, please post more for us. Thank you <3
First rate. As this translation was made to be read aloud, listening to such a group of experienced actors makes the experience inspirational and memorable. Well done!
