So let me start with I am not a reader. My Maud journey is one of family legacy, I am her great-grandson. After my father passed I joined the community a little out of curiosity, and a little out of duty. Thrown into a world of product licensing and academia that is complex and fascinating. Ragon and Kelly have been a great addition to my journey with their thoughtful insights and the great guests they have connected with … some of whom I am pleased to consider friends (Laura, Kate, Brenton) and... more
I’ve been working my way through the episode backlist after coming to this podcast late, and it is a delight: emotionally engaging, deeply researched, and lots of fun. I’ve fallen behind on all my other podcasts because all I want to do is visit Avonlea, Glen St. Mary, and the rest of PEI with Ragon and Kelly.
I found this podcast I think through a comment left on an Anne-related tik tok and I’m so glad I did! I listened to the first four seasons probably over the span of two weeks and now anticipate each new episode somewhat impatiently 😄 just gorgeous
The perfect podcast for all Anne fans! I came across this podcast as I plan my first ever trip to Prince Edward Island this summer, but I'll continue to follow the ladies as they do deep dives into the L.M. Montgomery universe. As I'm reading and rereading Maud's books, I frequently find myself thinking, "Oh, I can't wait to hear what Ragon and Kelly have to say about this!" :)
I love every minute of this. Like the Anne books, a truly warm and caring listening experience.
