  • Patriot way.

Suspend the head coach of the Patriots and cease using the term “Patriots fan” if you are unwilling to report on your team’s activities due to a personal relationship with the reporter. This is why we will not refer to sport journalists as “true journalists.”

  • Canty on maternity leave

You’d think they could find somebody who at least has a pulse to fill in for Canty while he’s out for weeks on end with his kid. Are they afraid the show would be better with someone who actually has an original opinion?

  • We are not watching the Disney Super Bowl

We have not forgotten the monstrosity that the Disney corporation has shown over the last year. I canceled everything Disney several months ago. We will not watch. We will not forget the corporation that turned its back on the people. So please, Mr. Evan, please stop with “the next Super Bowl it’s going to be amazing” maybe for a selective few in the country. I would not watch that Super Bowl even if the Cowboys were guaranteed to win. Also, ESPN is attacking the prediction markets because of it... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Hour 3: Adam Schefter & Dayton Price join the show
Q: When can we expect Myles Garrett and Todd Monkin to meet?
Schefter suggests it's unusual that they haven't met yet, implying there could be strategic implications or tension around the Browns' plans.
Hour 4: Rams Revitalized
Q: Jalen, you guys are playing great team basketball right now on a nine game win streak, but I am a little bit curious. You are a bit of a wrestling fan. There is someone else that's kind of trying to take some credit for this at the moment. I am curious about your thoughts about like this entire Dan Howson situation.
The guest or speaker avoids specifics on Dan Howson publicly and emphasizes focusing on team performance and current series momentum rather than external narratives.
Best of UnSportsmanLike 5/5/26
Q: What can you share about the Ravens keeping five quarterbacks in camp?
The five-quarterback approach is likely about having multiple arms in camp to compete and avoid wearing anyone down, not a move related to Lamar Jackson's contract.
Hour 2: Still the same
Q: Graz, is there a free agent of name still available that you're interested in relative to that player could actually help a team get over the top at some point here?
Graz mentions Stefan Diggs as a potential fit if off-field issues are resolved and notes veteran names like Joey Bosa as possible landings, highlighting how teams vet players with both talent and off-field considerations.
Hour 3: The Champion's Edge
Q: Can Bonnie Bernstein describe the premise of The Champion's Edge?
The Champion's Edge profiles successful women from various industries who share a sports background, illustrating how athletic experiences translate into leadership skills and career success, with a focus on representation and mentorship.
