Despite what the title says, this is a good old fashioned odds and ends episode, full of all kinds of radnom crap like a travelling mall exhibit, an episode of Dolly Parton's variety show, and the lowest moment of the Swedish Chefs miserable life!

Sesame Street is in the news for some not-so-fun reasons these days, so we're warping back in time to 1988 when they were hanging out with Donahue, riffing on Watergate, and sitting pretty on top of the world of public broadcasting!

This might be heresy, but honestly, I probably like this podcast more than I like Muppets. And now I'm at this weird point where I haven’t even seen a whole lot of Muppet content, but I know all these facts about the Muppets. 🤷🏻♀️
Love this podcast! Loves these guys! Thank you for making this podcast!
I really wanted to like this podcast after seeing so many great reviews. I am a huge Jim Henson fan and I’m always looking for material about the Muppets. I honestly had no clue what to expect going into this podcast, besides “Sam Schultz” and “Muppets” - which was more than enough to get me started on listening. I was worried I wouldn’t actually get very much of the podcast as a person who has limited Muppet experience, but I have found this podcast to be absolutely hilarious and I’ve been devouring my way through the back catalogue and loving every minute of it.
This is my comfort podcast!
